Still no baby!! The little girl is bound to be late and seems to be slow like her Auntie Beckie. Heather and Shaun went to the hospital about 3:30am (Cali time, going forward in this post I'll use only Cali time) this morning to be induced around 6am. Well, as the hospital started to fill up Heather's induce time got further and further behind. Apparently every baby in the high desert wanted to come today except for our little Josephine. So, Heather has been sharing a large ER type room with 5 other mommies to be waiting to get into serious labor. She was induced about 12pm (i think...the details get a little fuzzy coming all the way to UT) and was up to 80% w/ her contractions. First they were waiting to get the Dr. to come and break the water, then they were waiting for a room because ALL 27 rooms were "booked", then they were waiting for a room, and then would break the water AFTER a room was available. Well, neither came today and they are going to see if she gets further along tomorrow.
I just talked to her and my poor sissy is having lots of contractions and not getting anymore dilated. They are going to keep her at the hospital in the communal room and wait to see what happens. I pray that our Lord will take the pain away as much as He can and allow Heather to get some rest tonight.
Thanks for all your prayers; she sure is in need of them right now!!
