I finally got my house on the market!! Woo Hoo!! I had the realtor come over and I signed all the documents to get it officially on the market. I'm hoping it sells soon so that I dont have to worry about that aspect of my life right now!! I priced it very competitively to get people through the door, and last night I had my first lookie lew! I have a feeling they were looking at more than just my place but still!! On the market only 3 days and someone came through the door!! I will keep you up to date on the progress of my house!!
